Blackburn Conservation LLC has long experience with fine art and mural restoration, conservation and cleaning. We perform the full spectrum of fine art and mural conservation, including inspections and finish analysis. Only after extensive finish analysis do we attempt cleaning or treatment of an original surface.  If a protective or remedial coating is being considered, we first evaluate the effect of the coating on the long term stability and future conservation of the object or surface. We can do in-painting for works on canvas, ceilings and walls.
